We commit ourselves to ship your order the following working day after the date of purchase. You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped.
The delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 days in Canada and in the United States of America. Please contact us for a shipment in a country outside of North America.
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your item, you have the opportunity to send it back to us within thirty days of the delivery. We shall propose you an exchange or a store credit, as applicable.
To be returned, your item must be in its original condition, unused and unaltered. It must not have been washed. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
Shipping costs and return costs are not refundable.
The store credit or the exchange will be allowed once all the items have been received by Denis Gagnon.
In case of loss and that you cannot provide us with a proof of your shipment, Denis Gagnon could not be held responsible. We could not, therefore, proceed to an exchange or a store credit.

The return costs are the customer’s charge. It is recommended to choose a shipment with tracking.
Please note that we do not offer any refund. However, we can offer a store credit available online or in the Denis Gagnon store.
